Vaaad AI ("we", "us", "our") operates Vaaad AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Billing Information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store credit/debit card numbers. We store transaction IDs and amounts for billing records.

Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the platform — agents created, calls made, campaigns run, and analytics data.

Contact Data: Phone numbers, names, and other details of your contacts that you upload to the platform. You are the data controller for this data.

Call Data: Call recordings (if enabled), transcripts, duration, and outcomes of AI calls made through the platform.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for service operation and security.

We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• LiveKit — real-time audio infrastructure for calls
• Vobiz — SIP telephony and phone number provisioning
• OpenAI / Groq — AI language model processing for agent responses
• Deepgram / Sarvam — speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing
• Razorpay — payment processing

All providers are contractually required to handle data securely and only as instructed by us. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call transcripts and recordings are retained for 90 days by default. Contact data is retained until you delete it or close your account.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@VaaadAI.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session tokens), security, and basic analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
