Terms & Conditions

By registering for or using Vaaad AI, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Autopilot Studio (operating as Vaaad AI). You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Vaaad AI provides an AI-powered voice calling platform including outbound and inbound AI voice agents, call transcription and an analytics dashboard, API access for integration into your own systems, and subscription and usage-based calling infrastructure.

Services are provided on an as-is basis during the current phase of development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

By using Vaaad AI, you agree to obtain all required consents from individuals you contact or record via our platform, including disclosures required under TRAI regulations and the DPDP Act. You agree to scrub your contact lists against Do Not Disturb registries as required under TRAI guidelines, to comply with all applicable Indian telecom, privacy, and consumer protection laws, and to disclose to end-users when required by law that they are speaking with an AI agent.

You must not use Vaaad AI to send spam, unsolicited bulk calls, or engage in telemarketing without consent; to conduct illegal surveillance, harassment, or fraud; to impersonate any person, business, or authority; to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform; or to use the platform for medical emergencies, crisis hotlines, or other high-risk scenarios where AI errors could cause harm.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.

New users receive ₹20 in trial credits upon signup, valid for testing purposes only.

The Pro platform subscription is billed at ₹2,499 per month, or ₹1,799 per month if billed annually. This fee grants access to all platform features.

Calling is billed at ₹5 per minute of connected call time, separate from the platform fee. Credits must be recharged manually.

Platform fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Unused calling credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to review. Contact legal@vaaadai.com for refund requests.

All prices are in INR. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

You own your prompts, scripts, agent configurations, and any content you upload. Autopilot Studio owns the Vaaad AI platform, underlying technology, models, and all associated intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the services. We will never use your call data or customer end-user data to train any AI models.

The service integrates with a number of third-party providers to deliver its functionality. These providers handle areas including authentication and database hosting, real-time audio infrastructure, SIP telephony for both Indian and international phone numbers, AI language model processing, speech-to-text transcription, text-to-speech synthesis, call recording storage, and payment processing. Your use of the platform is subject to each provider's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, including uptime, call quality, transcription accuracy, or AI response accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. For free or trial tier users, liability is capped at ₹10,000. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autopilot Studio, its proprietor, and associates from any claims, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your non-compliance with TRAI, DPDP, or other applicable laws, unauthorised or illegal calls made through your account, or claims by end-users arising from your use of Vaaad AI.

Vaaad AI provides the infrastructure for AI voice agents. You, as the customer, are solely responsible for disclosing to end-users that they are speaking with an AI where required by law, for ensuring your use of Vaaad AI complies with TRAI regulations on automated calling, and for obtaining call recording consent where required.

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or legal obligations. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, unless earlier deletion is requested.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autopilot Studio regarding Vaaad AI. We may update these Terms with 7 days notice via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
