Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vaaad AI ("Service", "Platform"), operated by Vaaad AI ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vaaad AI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered outbound voice calling capabilities. The Service allows users to create AI agents, manage contacts, run call campaigns, and analyse call data. The platform uses third-party services including LiveKit for real-time communication, Vobiz for SIP telephony, and various AI providers for speech and language processing.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:

  • Make calls to individuals who have not consented to receive automated calls
  • Violate any applicable telemarketing laws including the TRAI regulations in India
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harass any individual
  • Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to collect personal data without proper consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary consents from call recipients.

5. Billing and Payments

Free Plan: New users receive ₹20 in trial credits upon signup, valid for testing purposes only. Trial credits use the platform's default phone number and cannot be used with custom numbers.

Pro Plan: The Pro platform subscription is billed at ₹2,499/month (or ₹1,799/month if billed annually). This fee grants unlimited access to all platform features.

Calling Credits: Calling is billed at ₹4 per minute of connected call time, separate from the platform fee. Credits must be recharged manually — there is no automatic deduction.

Refunds: Platform fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Unused calling credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to review. Contact support@VaaadAI.in for refund requests.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vaaad AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (contact data, knowledge base documents, etc.), but grant us a limited licence to process and store it to provide the Service.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of third parties (such as your contacts) that you upload to the platform has been collected and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including but not limited to LiveKit, Vobiz, OpenAI, Groq, Deepgram, and Sarvam. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated call content may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing agent prompts and outputs before deploying them in production.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaaad AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion requests can be made to support@VaaadAI.in and will be processed within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
