Auto-Call: instant speed-to-lead

Connect any CRM or web form to one webhook URL and Vaaad calls every new lead automatically. No per-CRM integration needed. Works with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Zapier, website forms, and anything that can send a webhook.

  • NewAuto-Call: paste one webhook URL into your CRM or form, and new leads trigger an outbound call within seconds.
  • NewPause or resume any source. Leads that arrive while paused (or outside business hours) are saved and can be dialed manually whenever you're ready.
  • NewMap any payload's fields to phone, name, and email, with optional HMAC signature verification.
  • NewThe agent opens with the caller's reason for reaching out, and long messages are summarized automatically.

Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC)

Vaaad 2.0 lets you connect your own SIP trunk from any provider instead of using Vaaad's built-in telephony. Keep your existing numbers and carrier rates, and pay a lower per-minute platform fee.

  • NewConnect your own SIP trunk in Settings → Carrier with credentials or IP authentication.
  • NewRegister the phone numbers you already own and route outbound calls through your carrier.
  • NewLower ₹4.50/min platform rate on BYOC calls. You pay your own carrier for the telephony minutes.
  • NewChoose which number each agent calls from when you have more than one.
  • NewReceive inbound calls on your BYOC numbers. Point your carrier at our SIP address and assign an agent.
  • ImprovedPer-call billing rates are now tracked on each call for accurate, transparent invoicing.
