How Billing Works
Vaaad AI uses a prepaid wallet model:
- Top up your wallet (min ₹500)
- Each minute of connected call time deducts ₹4 from your wallet
- Recharge anytime — no auto-deduction, no subscriptions unless you pick a Pro plan

Managing Your Wallet
In Settings → Plan & Billing you'll see your current balance and transaction history. Recharge via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
Invoices & GST
All payments generate GST-compliant invoices automatically. Download them from the Invoices tab in Settings. For companies, we support GST input tax credit — just add your GSTIN in Settings.
Refunds
Unused wallet balance is refundable for 30 days from top-up date. Email support@vaaadai.com to request a refund.
What Happens When Pro Expires?
If your Pro subscription lapses, you enter a 7-day grace period with full access. After that, your account downgrades to Starter limits — all extra agents and KB docs are locked (not deleted). Reactivate Pro anytime to restore access.
