1. Create your account
Sign up at vaaadai.com/login with your email. You'll instantly get ₹20 in free credits — enough for 5 minutes of test calls.
2. Build your first agent
Head to the Agents page and click + New Agent. For your first one, we recommend starting with a template from our Agents Library — pick the industry closest to yours and customize the prompt.

3. Test it with yourself
Click New Call at the top of any page, enter your own phone number, and select your agent. Answer the call and talk to your AI. Listen to how it sounds and tune the prompt if needed.
4. Complete KYC
To make calls to other people (not just yourself), complete KYC verification in Settings → KYC Verification. You'll need your PAN and Aadhaar. Approval is usually instant via DigiLocker.
5. Buy a phone number
In Phone Numbers, pick a local Indian number. This becomes your caller ID. One-time ₹600 setup + monthly rental.
6. Recharge your wallet
Add ₹500-₹1000 to start. Each minute of connected call costs ₹4. Top up anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing.
7. Make real calls
Ready to go live? Two options:
- One-off calls — use the New Call button
- Batch calls — upload a contact list and run a Campaign
8. Monitor and improve
Every call is recorded with a full transcript. Review them in the Calls page. Use what you learn to refine your agent's prompt.
